Loyalty for the AI era · U.S. patent pending

Become a regular. Everywhere.

Regulars is preparing a pilot for loyalty that follows customers from the counter to AI assistants. The goal: one consented membership, one wallet pass, and store data that can answer accurately wherever customers ask.

The wallet loyalty card

One wallet pass for pilot stores.

The pilot design uses a wallet pass to show membership status, rewards, and store-approved offers. Tap-to-earn and tap-to-redeem depend on merchant setup and Apple/Google approvals.

For customers

Stop carrying ten loyalty apps. Start being remembered.

  • Your points can follow you — pilot stores can link verified loyalty history where a strong match exists.
  • "Order my usual" becomes possible — the pilot is designed for assistant, web, wallet, and counter flows.
  • Your AI, on an allowance — planned spend controls require customer approval rules before assistant checkout.
  • Nothing hidden — the product design includes an activity feed for assistant actions and revocation.
  • Deals that respect you — you pick the channels; quiet hours are yours; sponsored offers are always labeled.
  • Your data, your call — see exactly what each store knows, correct what's wrong, unlink and take your data with you.
  • One wallet pass — pilot stores, rewards, and offers in one place as integrations come online.
  • Free, forever — customers never pay for Regulars.
For merchants

When customers ask an AI where to shop, be the answer.

Regulars is building a gateway for inventory, hours, deals, and loyalty to appear accurately in AI assistant channels once a merchant's catalog is activated. The first pilot focus is counters with regulars: convenience stores, coffee shops, QSRs, delis, pharmacies, and fuel.

Found by AI, accurately

Pilot assistants should answer from approved catalog snapshots. Unknowns are designed to fail closed.

A channel you own

Linked customers become reachable only through the channels they consent to: wallet, assistant, email, SMS, or web.

Proof at your register

The pilot redemption model uses one-time, one-customer offer codes and POS reconciliation where integrations allow it.

Keep your loyalty provider

The planned adapter model starts with coexistence and import. Migration is optional and would come later.

Pilot setup

Early stores will connect catalog and loyalty data, then test QR, code, and tap-link flows before broader rollout.

Tap hardware path

NFC pucks and wallet-pass tap are planned pilot rails, dependent on merchant hardware and platform approvals.

Enterprise · chains & franchise

One card per brand. Every location. Settlement handled.

  • Program-level membership — customers carry one card and one balance across all locations; inventory and pickup stay per-store.
  • Franchise economics built in — brand-funded vs location-funded offers are tracked per redemption; cross-location settlement is computed by the ledger, not a spreadsheet.
  • Role-scoped by design — HQ sees the program, regionals see their region, store managers see their store. Same portal, provable boundaries.
  • Your brand, everywhere — planned white-label portal and wallet pass; your identity in assistant answers once activated.
  • Enterprise identity — planned SSO / IdP federation for staff; audited access.
  • Bring your stack — loyalty-provider adapters, POS t-log tiers from native streams to standards-based journals (Conexxus/NAXML) to file drops.
Patent-pending architectureU.S. App. No. 64/113,480 — consent, agent spending, and attribution enforced at one gateway, not by policy documents.
Consent is structuralThe design only sends deals through opted-in channels. Sponsored placement is intended to be machine-labeled.
Data boundaries you can auditThe product model separates merchant, customer, and assistant activity so access can be inspected and revoked.
No crypto requiredPoints are simple and yours. Tamper-evident ledgers, single-use codes — no tokens, no wallets to lose.

Pilot signup is coming soon.

We're preparing a small closed pilot for stores, chains, and franchises. The first cohort will get hands-on setup, free pilot access, and early campaign support.
